Yes. Your Care Executive accompanies you from arrival at the hospital through every step — registration, consultation, diagnostic tests, pharmacy, and billing — until your visit is complete.
Can a family member come along with us?
Absolutely. Your family member is always welcome to join. The Care Executive complements your support — they do not replace the presence of your loved ones.
Does Care Companion include transportation?
The Premium Concierge package includes pickup and drop coordination. For other packages, we can help coordinate transportation separately. Please speak to our team for details.
